FINO signature Paella features bomba rice, Spain's superior strain grown in the fresh mountain water around Murcia & Spanish saffron. Seafood paella may include PEI mussels, gulf shrimp, atlantic calamari & octopus and east coast clams. Special meat paellas may include quail, chicken, rabbit, lamb & pork. Popular additions include fried farm eggs & Aurelia's Spanish Cured Chorizo. Menu offers Traditional paella and Special paellas are a staple of FINO Dinner Menu and are available every night for 2 or 4 guests. Paellas are also available for Take-Out for your next party.
