Emmett & Lisa Fox opened ASTI in 2000.
When you think of ASTI, you may think of Asti Spumante, a lively sparkling wine from the town of Asti. Located in the Piedmont region of northern Italy, Asti is just a drive away from the very place where Emmett proposed to Lisa.
Their passion continues today - for the tastes and aromas of Italian home cooking, the wines from century old vineyards, and the graciouness of Italian hospitality.

"Seasonality is key to trattoria cooking, which changes with the growing cycles of nature. Our menu is the perfect foil for incorporating the seasons' produce from our many local growers," notes Emmett. It recognizes the familiar dishes of Piedmont, Tuscany, Sardinia and everywhere in between.
